Day 247: Recap

I completely apologize for this being so late, but here it is.

Day 240: From Within the Body of Christ

Today we talked about how God has given us the responsibility to judge not those who are outside the body of Christ, but those who are professing Christians from within the body of Christ. That was one of the three major points we talked about today, the other two being, "Living in a box away from sinner" and "cutting off the wrong people". You have to read it. We focused on 1 Corinthians 5:9-13.

"We cannot have a church full of professing christians who are really sinners, taking up the room for the people who really need and want to come to Christ. We cannot let them go unnoticed. There are people reaching for Christ, but because their hands are dirty we smack them down. Yet people in the church or professing Christians hands are just as dirty they're just using Christianity as a mask."

Day 241: Faith is for Everyone

Today we talked about how faith is for everyone and how no one is excluded from the faith. Jesus is for everyone. Just as simple as that, no matter who you are, there is room at the cross. We focused on Galatians 3:26-29.

"We are all His children, no one is excluded  from that. We all have a seat at this table, even when we decide to give it up. It’s always open because Jesus is constantly interceding for us, and pulling us back."

Day 242: Believe the Hype

Today we talked about knowing and believing that Jesus is everything he is pumped up to be. Jesus is that guy, he's the person that everyone was waiting on. We should all be hyped about Jesus. We focused on John1:27, Isaiah 7:14, Isaiah 35:5-6, and Isaiah 42:1.

"Jesus was that guy. He was the one, there was talks about His coming centuries before He was born, and still excitement over His life, death, and resurrection, thousands of years later. Isaiah spoke so much of Jesus and how He is the Savior of the world."

Day 243: Not Everything is Everlasting

Today we talked about seasons and how sometimes things and people are only meant to be there for a season. We talked about how sometimes we hold on to things that are not meant to be. We focused on Ecclesiastes 3:1 and Revelation 3:7.

"All this to say, not everything is meant to last forever and that is okay. It’s life. We must learn how to let go when its time to let go. As well as trust God with where our lives are going and where He is taking us."

Day 244: One with the Lord (The Power of Prayer)

Today we talked about being one with the Lord and having a solid relationship with God. We talked about the importance of prayer and how important it is to pray to God. We focused on 1 Corinthians 6:17.

"Direct communication with God, we cannot have a relationship with God without prayer. One of the main ways we communicate with God is through prayer. We cannot have a relationship without communication."

Day 245: WE LIVE!

Today we talked about knowing our worth and knowing that life is worth living. We talked about how Jesus gave up His life so that we can have ours and that cannot be for nothing. It's all worth it. We focused on 1 Corinthians 7:23, 1 Peter 1:18-19, and Matthew 6:26.

"He didn’t just give up His life for no reason. There was something He knew that we didn’t. Jesus knew our worth, He knew that we were created for a purpose and He could not allow our lives to be destroyed and continuously corrupted by sin. Our lives are worth living. Our lives are meant to be lived."

I love you and I hope you have an amazing day or evening. Again I apologize for how late this is. Make sure you share this with someone and come back tomorrow for Day 248!
